Anja is a yoga and movement teacher, a space holder and guide for self-discovery. On her own journey she discovered how to find empowerment in her perceived faults. Through strength, resilience and hard boundaries she found softness and sensitivity. She found the simplicity of intimacy and how to embrace vulnerability. She saw that individuality and solitude were the pillars of longevity in all of her relationships and that through acknowledging the pleaser, the perfectionist, her poutiness and ability to manipulate others she was able to see her real power. She found that she had to lose everything in order to gain herself. Now she uses yoga to create community and a space where others can come to make their own discoveries of balance, of freedom, of belonging, of mastery.

Anouska Beckwith is a photographer and multidisciplinary artist. After graduating from Speos Photographic Institute in 2012, she went on to form the female collective of artists World Wide Women. Expressing herself through photography, art, and film; the power of nature and the feminine are often present throughout Beckwith’s work. Her work also carries deeper undertones exploring the human relationship to the cosmos, as well as themes of reincarnation and natural change. Beckwith’s work is wholly influenced by her own appreciation for the natural world, which she cites as “miraculous yet terrifying” in its power to create disaster; describing her own artistic thought process as “swinging like a pendulum from the positive left to the right, where I consider where the world is going and death is present.” However, in this darkness lies the possibility for illumination through nature, for each one of us to reconnect with the planet, and to make sacrifices to preserve this.

“For me, a woman’s menstrual cycle and history is a window to a woman’s overall health & fertility. It seems ridiculous that women have had to hide and fear their periods for so long, the walk of shame to the toilets with the tampon hidden up the sleeve is something many women can identify with. Our periods are the heart of our feminine nature; a cycle of fertility and renewal, the source of all life”.
Emma’s approach is widely regarded and she is considered a pioneer in the area of body/mind medicine for fertility and conception. She maintains a close working relationship with her medical colleagues while cultivating a deep sense of safety for the patient. Inka Linda is a creatrix who is passionate about healing the feminine subconscious mind through menstrual empowerment with her project BloodLove. She believes that the menstrual cycle is a potent gateway to accessing the ancient wisdom of the primordial feminine and helps women connect to the deeper layers of their menstrual cycle through artistic practices and rituals. In her experience working with women around the world, she sees how the menstrual cycle is an artistic, rich and vast realm of gifts we can access to empower our wombs, heal our DNA and shift the collective frequency of this form of feminine power from fear to unconditional love.
As the Earth is going through her own planetary ascension and shedding the dense energies that have locked her planetary body in a lower dimension, Inka sees how helping individuals reconnect the womb with the heart helps dissolve intergenerational shame, guilt and fear that have tainted the mystical gifts of menstruation for generations. This shedding of false patriarchal constraints allows for the collective feminine energies to flow freely as an energetic grid of love and support to assist the current transformation of consciousness we are witnessing within ourselves and the planet.

Her guides have expressed to her: You think you know what Masculine is, but you don’t. You think you know what Feminine is, but you don’t. All you know is how these energetics behave in a power-over-paradigm, but if you were to plug them into a different paradigm, they would behave in a completely different way. Exploring this counsel is one of the greatest adventures she knows!

Vanessa Cornell is an obsessive observer of the human condition. She lives in a state of relentless curiosity about her own desires, fears, motivations, challenges, powers and patterns. The uncovering of truth in herself and the world is her life’s joyful passion, achieved through dedicated self observance, radical love of self and others, and the ravenous consumption of ideas. Through the vehicle of NUSHU Group, she is currently exploring the idea of cohealing, where each participant sits simultaneously in the seat of the healer and the healed. In Group, an environment of trust, nonjudgment and love is fostered, and we are encouraged to share what is in our hearts and on our minds, allowing each of us to feed the deep inner hunger for human connection. That deep connection, both to self and to others, Vanessa has found, is the key that unlocks all the doors. She believes that holding space in Group is both simple and accessible and also tremendously powerful. It is her mission to bring this underutilized modality more firmly into the mainstream consciousness. Vanessa’s three loves in life are herself, her work and her family, her incredible husband and five quirky, individual, sometimes challenging but always interesting and lovable children.
